First stop of the UST
The 7th annual TAC SkimBlast was held at Sea Bright beach in Santa Cruz, CA. There was a lot of energy on the beach and everyone was excited to get the season started!

The waves were on the small side, but the weather was fantastic all day, and the wind stayed minimal. With about knee to waist high conditions, the competitors had to break out their shuv-its and technical skills to advance. Everyone on the beach was hyped on the competitors getting creative.
The Vic team also had a great showing. Amber Torrealba took home first place in the women’s pro division and John Weber took home fourth place in the men’s pro division. Huge thanks to Ben K. and TAC Apparel for holding a great contest.
