We just make great boards using the best possible ingredients.
Custom orders with 5 days turnaround. We are fast, we are reliable, and we stand behind our work.
Rocker, the holy grail of performance. We have been refining our rockers for 45 years, speed being the primary goal, you can feel the difference.
Double rail wrap for reliable durability and with maximum safety for the rider’s head. Too strong a rail is dangerous, period.
No gloss coats. This is the only way to go for a light hand made board. Gloss coats are basically cosmetic coverups for poor craftsmanship or a protective cover for custom art. Our matte finish saves the weight and cost of a sanding coat, a disc sanding job, and a gloss coat, and a lengthy polishing process, and the board comes out lighter and no less durable. We save you weight and money.
We do our best to sponsor excellent riders all over the planet. We offer substantial discounts to over 50 promising Team riders and Flow team riders.
We have consistently sponsored the best riders on the planet for many years. We evolved from the Victoria Beach skim scene in 1976, having started going to that beach to skim at age eleven in 1963. Our riders have been: Chris Henderson, “The Master”, Tom Trager first ever Pro winner, and Bill Bryan, thru 15 victories at the Vic contest. Teddy Vlasis, Paddy Mack, Johnny Salta, Johnny Weber, and Michael Chapman are our current test pilots.
For our wake team we have Ryan Fair in the Bay Area, Joey Reilly Jr. in Pennsylvania, Vanessa Vincent and Camilla Keller also in the SF Delta area, Taylor Dorey in Florida, and Natsumi Yamashita, a champion Japanese wakeboarder
We just call it carbon. There is a layer on top and bottom if you order it. We think calling it double carbon is false advertising, to say the least, and it says a lot about our standards.
Our boards last. You won’t have to pay extra for a board that lasts. We don’t make a throwaway competition board, so light that it breaks. Our boards routinely have several owners in their lifetime, ensuring that you will have a board to trade in when it comes time to get a new one.
We work hard to be environmentally sensitive. We recycle our scraps into new boards. We use special resins with incredibly low pollution effects. We recycle our dirty acetone right on the premises. We do a lot of community work, encouraging picking up litter, supporting environmental projects, and improving water quality.
We provide a live camera, the only skim camera, to watch the waves at Aliso. Join Surfline to access it.
Saturday Sessions every weekend for 7 years. Free advice for anybody wanting to improve, where the groms skim with the pros, we are keeping the stoke week after week, year after year. Most important, free hot coffee and donuts HA!
Quality comes from experience. Each of my workers has nearly 20 years experience building boards with Victoria. Those are some good relationships to have lasted so long. That is where your money is going, to buy the best skill and craftsmanship.
Victoria Skimboards, still a few moves ahead.
